URL health

Whether every page answers and where it redirects.

url.http_error · Issue · Severity: High

Why it matters. A URL returning an HTTP error cannot deliver its intended content and may break navigation, campaigns or search results.

How to fix. Check the published URL, page status and redirects; restore the page or intentionally redirect it to a relevant destination.

url.non_html_response · Review signal (Needs review) · Severity: Low

Why it matters. A URL expected to represent a page may instead return a file or another response type, preventing normal page checks and potentially confusing visitors.

How to fix. Confirm whether the URL is meant to be audited as a page; otherwise remove it from page navigation or the audit scope.

url.redirect · Review signal (Needs review) · Severity: Set per finding

Why it matters. Redirected URLs add latency and can leave internal links, sitemaps or canonical references pointing to an outdated destination.

How to fix. Confirm the redirect is intentional and use a permanent status when the move is permanent.

url.unreachable · Coverage (what could not be measured) · Severity: High

Why it matters. This audit has no response evidence for the URL; an environment-specific failure does not prove that visitors cannot reach it.

How to fix. Confirm that the page is published on the selected domain and that DNS, access rules and redirects allow the URL to load.
